Delete Your VeriSafe Account

At VeriSafe, you can delete your account and associated data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the VeriSafe app

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Tap Delete Account

  4. Confirm your request

Please include the email address linked to your account so we can verify your identity.

What happens after deletion

  • Your account will be permanently deleted

  • Your personal data will be removed or anonymised

  • Some data may be retained where required for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes
